GROUP COURSE
A course to learn how to meditate, that works.
The course is divided in two levels.
Classes are LIVE on Zoom, to enjoy the support of a group, and get live training.
Replays available.
Small groups, so I can personally support you, also in between classes.
The course fits a busy life: you’ll get recorded guided meditations to use for self-practice (ranging from 3-20min), and learn to practice independently as well (so you can set how long a practice will be).

By investing only a few minutes every day, you can train your mind to find inner peace, no matter what is happening around you.
When you are present, you can enjoy each moment of your day without longing for something different.
