By investing only a few minutes every day, you can train your mind to find inner peace, no matter what is happening around you. When you are present, you can enjoy each moment of your day without longing for something different.

Everyone can meditate! …and 5-10 minutes a day can be enough.

THE COURSE HAS THREE LEVELS

You take Level 1* (to learn the basics) and can progress to Level 2** or 3** later on, if you want to go deeper.
Each level needs to be taken in full.

Sessions are live on Zoom. Recorded sessions available for 24hrs if you cannot attend live each session.

Personal and group support between sessions.

Small groups of 10ppl max.

 

*If have never meditated or only used meditation apps, you should start from Level 1.
**If you have already attended the Act vs React course, you can access Level 2 or 3.
**If you have attended other Mindfulness Meditation courses, you can access Level 2 or 3.

Being present with whatever is there, letting go of the idea that sensations shouldn’t be there. Developing trust that we are separate from thoughts.

What are the thoughts, and how to meditate on them.
Discover what are your top patterns of thoughts/beliefs.
