THE COURSE HAS TWO LEVELS

You take Level 1* (to learn the basics) and can progress to Level 2** later on, if you want to go deeper.
Each level needs to be taken in full.

Sessions are live on Zoom.
Re-plays available if you cannot attend live each session.
